Hello guys!
This is my morning post.
Last night, I saw this documentary on this swimmer, Diana Nyad. She wanted to swim from Cuba to Florida. She would have to swim without rest for 2 and a half days in shark filled waters at the age of 61.
She had a tear in her shoulder, and she had an asthma attack along the way. The waves were rough and her body ached. She never made it. She swam 28 hours.
She was disappointed but she might try again this fall.
Crazy lady.
Yup. That's the news for today. YAY.
