Big Opportunity

So, I just came home from my piano lesson. (Brigitte, I know you're going to yell at me for this, but I still haven't tuned my piano.)

My teacher asked me if I could be in the orchestra pit for her production of a play called Alice. SHE WANTS ME TO PLAY PIANO IN A MUSICAL.

This is big! It means that I'm actually quite advanced. (Who knew?) I mean, to play in an orchestra with other people playing different instruments? I'M 12 YEARS OLD PEOPLE. (Almost 13. Can you believe it Brigitte?) I'm waaaay too young to play with a fully professional adult musicians. WOW. I'm amazed and really happy!

    I hope they treat you like gold. It'll be a great experience. TUNE THE DANG PIANO. It messes with your ear.
