4th of July

Hello EVERYONE! Happy 4th of July!


I hope you have a great day, no matter what you do. You might go out tonight to see fireworks, or you could have poolside barbecue. And maybe, if you're  not that patriotic, you can just lay on the couch and watch episode after episode of your favorite TV series. That's probably what I'm gonna do. But, 4th of July is special because it's also my dad's birthday! That's right he was a July 4th baby! No wonder he's so unique.....anyway, I'll probably do whatever he wants to do today. I got him an iPhone armband thingy that he can use at the gym. AND, being myself, it doesn't fit his phone. I didn't read the package, buts it's only for iPod Touch 4th generation. Whoops. So, I'm off to buy a new one. Since I just moved, we're going to Home Depot and places like that for paint, new appliances, and all that stuff.

Poll Answers and Other Important News

Hello guys!!! As you guys are probably just DYING to know the answer to this week's poll. I've decided you've waited long enough, so in this post I will tell you guys what the answer is. BUT, more importantly, I just moved yet AGAIN! Still in the same state, but just a different house. It's pretty epic. I'll post pics at the end of the post. I love it so much. It is SUCH a party house. There's a lot of room to hang around and have fun, you know? PLUS, this one has a finished BASEMENT. And in the basement, there is a CHALKBOARD! Now to just buy some chalk.....

Anyway. That's basically what happened the past few days, besides a HURRICANE. Yes, that's right guys. I survived a HURRICANE. But, the big deal is that there was NO warning. Almost everyone here has no power, which means no electricity or air conditioning. (in over 100 degrees) LUCKILY, I have power. That's why I'm posting. But back to the NO power issue, it's gonna take a week at the least to get power to the poor people. :(

SUMMER!

Hey guys! I'm so excited! IT'S SUMMER!!!! What does THAT mean? Well,

First of all, NO SCHOOL FOR ABOUT 3 MONTHS! Who isn't excited about that? No more homework, no projects, no tests, just relaxation. Also, you get to sit on your butt all day. Just doing absolutely NOTHING. Being of NO help at ALL. Just playing on your computer, resting, watching TV, reading, or just daydreaming while looking out the window :)

Second, swimming. Swimming is fun. Period. Okay? No need to dwell, but I will anyway. You jump in that cool, refreshing water, while the sun is trying to MELT YOU. you play fun games like, Marco Polo, mermaids >.< ........, and Bulldog. What is BULLDOG you ask? I just learned about it like 2-3 weeks ago. Someone gets out of the water and turns his/her back to the rest of the people, who are right behind him/her. They person out of the water, turns around to see if someone as tried to swim to the other side. If not, they take another step away from the pool. If they DO see a person swimming, they jump in and swim after them, trying to tag them. If they tag them, that swimmer is IT. If the IT person does not get the swimmer by the time they get to the other side, they are IT again. It's fun.

Third, you get to sleep in. No more, "WAKE UP. GET READY FOR SCHOOL! YOU'RE GONNA BE LATE!!!" That's one of the best parts of summer. No pestering from your parents about that sort of stuff.

Fourth, no worrying about forgetting homework, or about a test, or a project. I always get those panic attack moments when I'm worried I forgot about something for school. Do you get what I'm saying? Your  heart starts pumping, and your hands get sweaty, and you start to hyperventilate? Yeah. NO MORE OF THAT!!!

Another thing I want to talk about is what I'm/YOU'RE doing over the summer. I'M doing a dance camp, as you know, and I'm visiting Los Angeles. That's about it. The rest of the time, I'm either, SWIMMING, playing Sims 3, READING, or just being LAZY. What are you guys doing? Just post it in the comments section! I'm really interested in what you're doing!

Harry Potter

Hey guys!

I'm kinda into Harry Potter again. Well, I've always liked it, but now I'm really getting into the spirit. I wanna go to Harry Potter World in Florida and get my own wand. If I don't, I really want This Wand. It's really nice, and not so chunky. It's smooth and thin. But, my top priority is HARRY POTTER WORLD!!!!

My Hair in a Braid

So as you all know, I have curly hair. WHAT DOES THAT MEAN? My hair does not do well in a braid. My friend, Tali begged me to let her put my hair in a braid. She said it looked great, so I looked in the mirror, and checked. It looked, OKAY, so I need your guys' opinion. Here we go:

Back from Camping!

Hello dears!

It's moi, your site owner, Lillian, and this post is about camping. How many of you like camping? (press the cool button at the bottom of the post if so) Well, I officially HATE camping. It is gross and buggy and dirty and JUST PLAN DISGUSTING! Like 4 people got ticks (darn those blood-sucking little vermins) and EVERYONE got mosquito bites. WANNA SEE?!?!

But, some of it was fun, LIKE S'MORES. And campfires and crabbing. But, everything else was gross.
